		<description>Smelly flowers aren&#039;t the only thing that some people find offensive. Be aware that perfumes that might smell divine to some can be pretty putrid in the nostrils of someone else. 
A workmate used to have a particular type of very expensive perfume she thought was fabulous but I have to say, the first time I smelled it, I thought my workmate had forgotten to bathe! I know she would be horrified to hear this because she was very clean, but the scent just turned my stomach. 
The lesson is, avoid strong aromas of any type when you&#039;re trying to sell your house. You might be leaving the wrong impression.</description>
